We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. Please note that if 30 days have passed since your delivery, we unfortunately cannot offer you a refund or exchange.
Return Conditions
To maintain our standard of quality, returned items must remain in pristine condition. To be eligible for a return, the following conditions must be met:
1. General Items (e.g., Teawares, Accessories): The item must be unused, unwashed, and in the exact same condition that you received it. All original tags must remain attached. If tags are removed, the item is no longer eligible for a refund.
2. Consumables (e.g., Tea, Incense): For health, safety, and hygiene reasons, all tea and incense products must be completely unopened and with their original seals intact. We cannot accept returns on opened consumables.
3. The item must be in its original packaging.
4. A receipt or proof of purchase must be provided.
Partial Refunds or Non-Refundable Items
In certain situations, only partial refunds may be granted, or items may be deemed non-refundable:
1. Products that show obvious signs of use, wear, or damage.
2. Opened consumable items (e.g., tea bags, loose-leaf tea, incense) that have had their safety seals broken.
3. Any item that is damaged, altered, or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
How to Initiate a Return
If you wish to initiate a return, please do not send the item back to the manufacturer. Follow these steps:

Note: As our premium teas and crafted lifestyle items require careful handling, please ensure they are securely packaged for the return transit.
Exchanges (If Applicable)
We only replace items if they arrive defective or damaged. If you need to exchange a damaged item for the exact same product, please email us at Info@charmony.com.au with clear photos and proof of the damage, and we will guide you through the process.
Return Shipping Costs
Returns for Personal Reasons: If the return is due to personal preference or a change of mind, you will be responsible for paying your own return shipping costs. Original shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the original shipping fee will be deducted from your total refund amount.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If the return is due to our error (e.g., you received a defective, damaged, or incorrect item), we will gladly cover the return shipping costs. Please contact us first so we can provide assistance.
If you are returning items valued over $100, we strongly recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item and are not responsible for packages lost or damaged in transit.
Refund Process
1. We will notify you via email once we’ve received and inspected your returned item.
2. We will also inform you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
3. If approved, your refund will be processed automatically to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
4. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we approved your return, please contact us at Info@charmony.com.au.
Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, please return any accompanying gift items or promotional materials along with the main product during the return process to qualify for a full refund.
