Order Processing

In-Stock Items: Orders are carefully verified, prepared, and packed within 1-2 business days (excluding weekends and public holidays). We pride ourselves on swift fulfillment to get your order to you as quickly as possible. Please note, while we prepare your order promptly, the exact moment the package leaves our facility may occasionally depend on Australia Post’s local pickup schedules and operational capacity, which are beyond our direct control.

Pre-Sale Items: Processing times vary. Please refer to the specific estimated shipping dates indicated on the individual product detail pages.


Shipping Options & Estimated Delivery Time

Once your order has been processed and handed over to our carrier, standard delivery times are as follows:

Standard Shipping Rates

  • Complimentary (FREE): For all orders of $149 AUD or more.
  • Flat Rate ($11.00 AUD): For orders under $149 AUD.

Estimated Transit Times

  • Metro Areas (e.g., Melbourne, Sydney, and other major cities): Typically takes 3-5 business days.
  • Regional & Remote Areas: Typically takes 5-7 business days (may require carrier transfer).

Please note: The delivery timelines above are estimates provided by Australia Post. While we do everything we can to expedite your order's departure from our studio, transit times and carrier network delays are ultimately the responsibility of the postal service.
